Our Journey

Love Life Supplements was created in 2012 by myself, Ben Law. After leaving university I spent several years working in I.T. for a variety of companies. Although I enjoyed what I did I couldn’t see myself working for somebody else in an office for the rest of my life plus it was never my passion. That lie in health and fitness.

After my I.T. contract at the time came to an end I decided I would pursue that passion and put all my time and money into starting a career in the industry I loved. After burning through a lot of my savings on various ideas it became very clear to me that I should put all of my efforts into starting a supplement company.

This was the industry that most resonated with me as I had always been a big believer in supplementation to enhance physical and mental health in a ‘better living by science’ approach and had taken supplements for years. I knew this is where I could make an impact by helping people as the supplement industry is notoriously filled with questionable companies offering low quality products. I knew I could do better.

I knew the products had to be of the highest quality possible that I would be happy taking myself, so I spent months searching for the very best suppliers. That journey led me to a whole slew of suppliers offering low grade/low quality products at very low prices and it quickly became very apparent to me why the industry was filled with companies offering such low quality products! Not being tempted by the low prices I continued my journey until I eventually found a supplier offering high quality products manufactured to the highest possible standards (GMP).

I poured every last penny I had into launching my very first product, which was 5-HTP. After a slow start it started to do very well which reinforced the belief in what I was doing was right. With the profits from that I launched 3 more products which also did well and the journey was well and truly underway!

Over the next few years we continued to offer more and more high quality, highly effective products, free from all the nasty fillers that are so common in the industry. It was these underlying principles which led to the company growing at an impressive rate. Needless to say I was pretty happy with my decision to pursue my passion!

Fast forward to today and we continue to grow by adding clean, high quality, highly effective products that fulfil a need we have identified in our consumer and/or where we feel we can offer something better than the competition. We are also always trying to improve upon our current products and, most importantly, innovating.

We are still only small in number with a handful of employees but we sell to customers all over the world, both direct to consumers and to shops and gyms.

During the evolution of the company I went on my own health journey and discovered the Primal/Paleo approach to diet, exercise and lifestyle. This has had a massive impact on my life and the company and has inspired the Primal range of products we now offer. Our Beliefs

 

We believe in obtaining as much nutrition as possible from our environment and the foods that we eat, in as natural a state as possible, of the highest quality and preferably organic. Unfortunately, due to a number of factors, including; poor soil quality, geographical location, financial constraints, availability and convenience, this is not always possible.

This is why we firmly believe in high quality nutritional supplementation as a means of providing the body with what it needs in times when dietary and environmental sources are lacking or when specific, targeted, highly bio-available nutrition is required for fitness and sports performance goals.

It is this belief that is the inspiration behind what you see before you today; a company that is dedicated to providing supplements and vitamins of the highest quality, made in the UK, with the finest natural ingredients and to the strictest possible standards.

Those standards are defined as Good Manufacturing Practice or GMP and they are the same principles that underpin pharmaceutical medicine. The manufacturing facility we use is fully GMP certified.

We do NOT cut any corners. If we cannot produce a product to those standards, we won’t. This ensures that, although our supplements will never replace whole foods, they come a close second and can fill any gaps that may be lacking in your diet.

We comprise of a small but dedicated team of knowledgeable individuals that all share a common vision - helping you to achieve your health and fitness goals. We are always here to offer you help and advice when you need it.
