  • What is Broccoli Sprout?

    Broccoli sprouts are 3-4 day-old broccoli plants that have a similar appearance to alfalfa sprouts and taste similar to radishes. This rich green vegetable contains fibre, calcium and vitamin C, making broccoli sprouts, which are used to make broccoli extract powder, a good addition to any diet.

    Benefits of Broccoli Sprout Extract

    Broccoli sprouts are rich in antioxidants and can contain as much as 50 times the sulforaphane found in mature broccoli. This means you get as much antioxidant in 1 ounce of broccoli sprouts as you would in 3 pounds of fully grown broccoli.

    Other benefits of sulforaphane include reducing inflammation and fighting unhealthy bacteria, as well as supporting the immune system. This makes broccoli sprout extract powder an ideal supplement.

     

  • Directions for use:

    Take 2 capsules daily with food. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
