L-Lysine
If you are deficient in L-Lysine, this can result in a deficiency in niacin (Vitamin B), as well as slow connective tissue repair.
L-Phenylalanine
L-Phenylalanine stimulates the release of neurotransmitters and hormones such adrenaline and noradrenaline. These substances are necessary for optimum activity of your central and peripheral nervous systems.
L-Threonine

DIRECTIONS
Essential Amino Acid Drink - As a dietary supplement: Take 1 scoop mixed with 250ml of water daily. As an exercise aid: Take 1 to 2 scoops mixed with 250-500ml of water 30 minutes prior to physical activity. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a physician.
