The Next Working Day service is FREE for all UK orders over £50 and £4 for orders under £50. It is fully tracked with a 2-hour delivery window. Option to change the delivery date or deliver to a safe place.
If you order on a Friday it will often be delivered on a Saturday but this is not guaranteed.
If you order on a Saturday it will sometimes be delivered on a Sunday but this is not guaranteed.

We ship to all of the USA via various couriers. Shipping costs as follows (not included customs fees):

We are now shipping to most of Europe. There are no customs fees for orders under 150 EUR but tax will be included.

The quality of our ingredients and the manufacture of our products is absolutely key to our ethos. We choose the companies we work with very carefully and we only use the best manufacturers in the UK for the blending, encapsulation and tubbing of our products. It is important to us that they are regulated and adhere to the highest industry standards. The manufacturers we work with have the accreditations listed below.
The manufacturing facilities we use are also fully GMP certified. GMP covers everything from manufacturing procedures to personnel, premises, equipment, storage and transport – all have to meet exacting standards. The standard defined as GMP are the same principles that underpin pharmaceutical medicine.
We do not cut any corners, if we cannot produce a product adhering to these high standards then, we won't. In this way our customers can have complete confidence that the highest standards have been followed when manufacturing each and every one of our products.
BRC Food 8 - Issue 8 has been developed to specify the food safety, quality and operational criteria that are required to be in a place within a food manufacturing organisation. It aims to fulfil obligations in regard to legal compliance and customer protection.
Issue 8 focuses on the implementation of good manufacturing processes, in particular labelling and packaging. Another key focus is support for quality management systems as well as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) based food safety programmes.
Sedex is home to one of the world’s largest collaborative platform for buyers, suppliers and auditors to store, share and report on information quickly and easily. The platform is used by more than 40,000 members in over 150 countries to manage performance around labour rights, health & safety, the environment and business ethics.
ISO 14001 means having a system in place to help us manage our impact on the environment. This can be through reducing the amount of waste we put into landfill or by reducing the amount of electricity we use. People are also part of the environment and they need to be protected too, through proper health and safety protocol when dealing with products or being safe in the warehouse.
ISO 22000 is an international standard that defines the requirements of a food safety management system covering all organisations in the food chain from “farm to fork”. It is based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) as the main tool for identifying risks and their associated controls.
Every batch of raw material that arrives at our manufacturer's warehouse is subject to FTIR testing. This provides us with a chemical fingerprint of the material to confirm the chemical structure of the product is as expected.
For pesticide residues, compliance with Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 is the ensured benchmark and verified by obtaining supplier assurances. The analytical team test any product deemed as high risk for pesticides to ensure they meet EU requirements.
Our manufacturer performs microbiological testing on all powders arriving at their warehouse. We perform further microbiological testing during the approval stage to verify the supplier specification.
As part of authenticity testing, where it is deemed necessary during approval, a product may be sent for C-14 testing. This allows us to effectively check whether a material has been adulterated with a synthetic substance and labelled as a natural product, providing food fraud assurances.
Further contaminants associated with food products and covered under Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 are checked for compliance by our approval team. This includes nitrate, mycotoxins, 3-MCPD, dioxins, polychlorinated biphenyls, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), solvents (apart from water), acrylamide, antibiotics, and melamine. Our approval team risk assess whether the material may be at risk and obtain assurances or testing from the manufacturer.
Third Party Testing
We go one step further and perform third party testing on most products and batches to verify and provide assurances to our customers that what is stated on the label is exactly what is in our products.
Honesty and transparency are a core part of our values. Few supplement companies invest in this level of testing, but we believe our customers deserve it. It demonstrates that we are completely confident about our products, their ingredients, and their quality.
The third-party testing is carried out by Eurofins or Certified Labs, both world-renowned testing companies with leading laboratories. They maintain the highest standards in all aspects of their work.

If, for whatever reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the order to us within 60 days of receipt and we'll give you a full refund immediately, no questions asked.
We do reserve the right to NOT issue a refund if we feel you are abusing the system by repeatedly requesting refunds for opened items.
Here's what you should do if you would like to return a product:
- Contact Us or email help@lovelifesupplements.co.uk with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and request a refund.
- We will then provide you with the appropriate prepaid shipping labels for you to attach to the package before sending back.

Hi, I'm Ben. I founded Love Life Supplements in 2012 with a clear mission - to help as many people as possible achieve optimal health by providing high quality, highly effective nutritional supplements, with nothing unnecessary, unhealthy or 'nasty' added, and manufactured to the highest possible standards in the UK.
