Directions:
Mix 8.6g (1 level scoop) with 200-250ml of cold water, milk, yoghurt or your favourite beverage. Consume 1-2 times daily. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a qualified health care professional.

Mix 8.6g (approx.1 level scoop) with 200-250ml of cold water or drink of your choice. Consume 1-2 times daily.
