What does your company stand for?
Our ethos is simple - help as many people as possible by providing the highest quality, highly effective nutritional supplements with nothing unnecessary, unhealthy or "nasty" added.
What types of products do you sell?
We sell nutritional supplements that are carefully developed to target and optimise multiple areas of health and performance.
Do you sell your products in bundles?
Yes, we do sell our products in a range of bundles at a discounted price, you can see our full range in the 'bundles' category here on our website.
Who develops the product formulations?
We decide on the formulations for our products, these can be months or years in the making and extensive research and testing is undertaken as part of the process.
Do you have product samples?
We don't have product samples as standard however we do have a sample size (100ml) of our C8 MCT Oil. This can be found in the 'MCT Oils' category here on our website.
Do you plan to launch more products?
Yes, we are always developing and launching new products. If you have ideas about new products that you would like us to stock then do let us know.

Product Quality
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured here in the UK under the strictest conditions. Our powders are made in a Grade A BRC Certified, Global Standard for Food Safety 7 Clean Room. Our capsules are also made in BRC certified facilities.
Where do you source your raw materials from?
We source our raw materials globally. A lot of research goes into where to source the best quality ingredients from for our products.
Are your materials/products tested for harmful substances?
All materials received into our warehouse undergo strict quality testing. Batches are sampled then tested using FTIR analysis. All our products are tested for heavy metals and microbiology.
Are the bottles and tubs you use plastic and are they recyclable?
Yes, we use BPA free recyclable plastic bottles and tubs for our products.
Product Information
How long will the supplement take to work?
Natural supplements have different effects on different people so it depends on the individual as to how long it will take to see the effects. We do advise taking a full months supply before evaluating the product's effects.
Are LLS supplements non-GMO?
Yes, all of our supplements are non-GMO.
Are your products vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free?
Many of our products are all or some of the above. We have clear signage on the front of the products which indicate if they are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free but please check the labels/descriptions or contact us for information on other allergens.
Do you use fillers, bulkers or thickeners in your products?
We take pride in ensuring that our products are as clean as possible - this is why we do not use any unnecessary fillers, thickeners, bulkers or sugars in our products.
Can you take LLS supplements when pregnant or breastfeeding?
We are not in a position to give medical advice on the use of our products during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We recommend that women who are pregnant or breastfeeding discuss the use of our supplements with their GP as it is essential that use of supplements is considered in light of each woman’s total intake of dietary components.
Can you take LLS supplements if you are on medication or have a pre-existing medical condition?
We are not in a position to give medical advise so please speak to your GP about taking our supplements if you are taking medication or have a pre-existing medical condition.
What should I do if I have an adverse reaction to one of your products?
This is a rare occurrence but if you do have an adverse reaction to one of our products then please discontinue use and contact your GP immediately.
Can your supplements be taken together?
Yes, they are all natural supplements so can be taken together.
Ordering and Delivery
If a product says it is sold out, how long does it take for it to come back into stock?
We try our utmost to keep stock available, however if a product does go out of stock then the best thing to do is to contact us directly and we will be able to let you know when it will be available again.
Can I subscribe to receive a product on a regular basis?
Yes, if you have created an account with us then you will have the option to subscribe to our products at a 7.5% discount and to receive them on a regular frequency of your choosing. You can amend or cancel this at any time.
Who delivers the products?
We use DPD in the UK for Next Day Delivery. We use various couriers in the rest of the world.
Which countries do you ship to and what is the overseas shipping cost?
We are now shipping to all of Europe. There are no customs fees for orders under 150EUR but VAT will be included.
We ship to most other countries (including the Americas) fully tracked. The price varies depending on the country, weight and size of package. The exact price will be displayed at checkout.

What are the UK shipping costs?
The DPD Next Working Day service is FREE for all UK orders over £40 and £4 for orders under £40. It is fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery window.
What if I am not going to be in when my delivery arrives?
If the customer supplies an email address on an order then they will be notified of shipment and can change the delivery date or request delivery to a safe place.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns/refund policy?
We believe that we have produced the very best supplements in the industry and because of that we are willing to offer the very best guarantee. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the order to us (if unopened) within 60 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund immediately, no questions asked. If you have opened the product we will still issue a refund but you do not have to return the product.
What if I don't receive my product or it is damaged?
Simply contact us and we will re-send the item.
What if I don't like the product or it doesn't work for me?
We have such confidence that you will like our products that we offer the very best guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with the product simply contact us within 60 days and we will offer you a full refund.
LLS Programs
Do you have a Loyalty Program?
Yes, it is called our LLS Rewards Program. If you create a Store Account you can then earn points every time you buy from us, these points accumulate and earn you discounts. For more information please click on the LLS Rewards Program tab in the bottom left hand corner of our website.
Do you have an Affiliate Program?
Yes we do, you can earn 10% commission for each sale you refer, please see our 'Affiliate Program' section at the bottom of our website for more information.
Can I have a Trade/Wholesale Account?
We welcome all trade/wholesale customers who wish to distribute Love Life Supplements products via their sales channels. Do you have a Charity Program?
Love Life Supplements is proud to partner with Vitamin Angels, a charity organisation providing pregnant mothers and children under five with lifesaving vitamins and minerals. We will donate 20p per item sold — allowing Vitamin Angels to reach one child with vitamins for an entire year.
