Where are your supplements made?
The majority of Love Life Supplements products are manufactured in the UK in GMP and BRC certified facilities. We work with specialist partners for certain branded ingredients and marine sourced products, but all finished products are bottled and tested to strict UK standards.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship across the UK and to many international destinations. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout once you have entered your delivery address. Please note that customs rules and any import duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details so we can put it right. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot usually accept returns of opened supplements unless there is a quality concern. Please refer to our delivery and returns page for full details of our policy.
What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed?
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team. We will liaise with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate in line with our delivery terms.

How do subscriptions with Love Life Supplements work?
Many products are available on a subscription basis so you never run out of essentials like magnesium, omega 3 or creatine. You choose your product, select the “Subscribe and save” option, pick your delivery frequency and complete checkout. You will then be billed automatically before each renewal and your order dispatched on schedule.
