DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Stir 10g (approx. 1 scoop) into coffee, tea or your favourite hot drink as a milk replacement or an addition to milk. Can also be mixed with yoghurt or smoothies. May clump slightly. Consume 1-2 times daily. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a qualified health care professional.

Medium Chain Triglycerides (from 100% Coconut oil)
MCT powder is manufactured from MCT coconut oil in a process called "spray drying". Liquid MCT oil is spray dried onto a microscopic fibrous carrier powder and micro-encapsulation is used to bind the two together. This converts the liquid MCTs into a solid powdered form.

We have used Acacia Fibre as our carrier powder. This is completely vegan and acts as a prebiotic which promotes good gut health and will not cause glucose spikes.
