What is vitamin D for, and why take it with K2?
The vitamin D3 and K2 benefits rest on authorised facts. Why K2VITAL® MK-7 and MCT
K2VITAL® DELTA from Kappa Bioscience is a micro-encapsulated, all-trans form of vitamin K2 MK-7, protected for stability in the capsule. Vitamin D is fat soluble, so we blend the D3 and K2 with coconut medium chain triglyceride (MCT) powder and suggest taking the capsule with food.
What's in it, and what isn't
Ingredients: Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder, Vegetable Capsule: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, K2VITAL® DELTA Powder, Bamboo Extract, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). This is vitamin D3 and K2 without bulking agents: MCT powder carries the vitamins and bamboo extract is the only flow agent. Suitable for vegetarians.
How to take vitamin D3 and K2
Take 1 capsule daily with food. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Not intended for anyone under 18. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take any medication (especially blood thinners, as vitamin K plays a part in blood clotting) or are due to have surgery, speak to your GP first.
