Magnesium Seven is a carefully formulated blend of 7 different optimally absorbed forms of bioavailable Magnesium. It aids energy support, bone health, muscle function and electrolyte balance. Manganese Citrate & Vitamin B6 have also been added into the blend for additional health benefits.
