Simple Sandbag Workout
This is a simple sandbag workout consisting of a variety of moves. I love the sandbag as it allows you to move a weight in different ways than a traditional barbell or dumbbell. It helps build all round "functional" strength that is valuable in all walks of life as it incorporates more natural everyday movements. It can also help build strength for the more traditional stuff. I try to do a sandbag workout at least once a week.
